On-Prem Agentic AI · v4

Intelligence that never leaves the building.

Boyar is a private, on-premises agentic AI — tailored to your own tools and trained for your work. It reasons, plans, and acts on the systems you run. And while it operates, your operational data and facts stay on your hardware. No cloud round-trip. No third party. Nothing crosses the line.

Strong Reliable Secure Accurate

The name Boyar.

боляринъ
/boˈlʲa.rin/ · Old Church Slavonic
боила · boila — Bulgar noble & chieftain (pl. boilade) bay + är — “noble man” · the Turkic root

A boyar was a member of the highest aristocracy of the medieval Bulgarian Empire — and later across the Slavic world: a trusted noble and warrior who held land, gave counsel, and was bound to guard the realm from within its own walls.

The word is traced to the Bulgar boila — recorded in the plural boilade in Byzantine sources — which passed into Old Slavonic as bolyarin, and from there into Bulgarian, Russian and Romanian.

We chose it deliberately. A boyar was strong, loyal, and accountable to the household it protected — never a servant sent abroad. So is the model: it serves you, and it works from inside your walls.

Four guarantees,
one box you own.

Boyar is built for organisations that cannot hand operational data to a cloud model — regulated, security-conscious, sovereign. Every claim below is an engineering decision, not a slogan.

01

Strong

A genuine agent — it calls your tools, chains steps, and gets real work done. Capable enough to run operations, not just answer questions.

02

Reliable

Deterministic control stays deterministic. Boyar advises and automates operations on top — it never becomes a single point of failure for safety-critical systems.

03

Secure

Runs entirely on hardware you control. No outbound calls at runtime. Your facts live in a local knowledge base that never leaves the premises.

04

Accurate

Grounded in your tools and your facts, not the open internet. Answers and actions are anchored to the systems and data that are actually yours.

Boyar runs the loop.

Boyar isn't a chat box. It's an agent: it reasons over your goal, plans the steps, calls your tools to act, then observes the outcome and goes again — recalling from and writing to its second brain along the way, and repeating the cycle until the work is done. Every turn runs inside your perimeter.

01

Perceive

Takes in your goal and the live state of your tools, and recalls what it knows from its second brain — the full context, read on-prem.

02

Plan

Decomposes the goal into concrete steps and chooses the right tool for the next one.

03

Act

Calls your tools — APIs, databases, scripts — to fetch what it needs or change something for real.

04

Observe

Reads the result, remembers what it learned to the second brain, and loops back — until the goal is met.

A second brain it can trust.

Boyar keeps a second brain on your hardware — a living memory of your notes, runbooks and decisions that grows with every engagement. It recalls from it to ground every step, and remembers by writing new findings back. The second brain is yours, and it never leaves the premises.

The whole loop is local. Reasoning, retrieval, and every tool call execute on your hardware — the cycle never reaches outside your perimeter. See the boundary →

When Boyar operates,
nothing crosses the line.

This is the whole pitch in one diagram. Inputs, reasoning, knowledge, and actions all live inside your perimeter. The public cloud sits outside it — and at runtime, it is never contacted.

The honest version: when the model operates, your operational data and facts never leave your hardware — local inference, local retrieval, zero egress. Boyar is tailored to each customer on generic, synthetic scenarios, so the real entities you care about exist only in your on-prem knowledge base.

Tailored to you,
delivered on-site.

01 · ADAPT

Tuned to your tools.

We teach Boyar the surface of your systems — your APIs, your workflows, your conventions — so it speaks your operation natively from day one.

02 · GROUND

Your facts, kept local.

Your real entities, configurations and documents live in an on-prem knowledge base. Boyar retrieves from it at runtime — nothing is shipped out to ground an answer.

03 · OPERATE

Reasons, plans, acts.

Boyar runs on a single GPU you own. It plans multi-step work and calls your tools to execute it — an operations assistant, supervised by you.

Scope & honesty: Boyar is an agentic operations and automation assistant — it advises and automates, while deterministic control of safety-critical systems stays deterministic. Productised delivery (support, SLAs, per-customer evaluation) is a v4 engagement, arranged per customer.
